2、setranscriptionPCR，RT-PCR)检测各组胎盘组织中TRPV6mRNA的表达，并运用免疫组织化学方法分析各组胎盘组织中TRPV6蛋白的分布和表达。结果({)RT-PCR研究结果表明，TRPV6mRNA在早发组胎盘组织中的表达为0．45±0．07，显著低于晚发组(O．60±0．06)以及对照组(0．64±0．08)在胎盘组织中的表达，差异有统计学意义(PO．05)。(墓)TRPV6蛋白在对照组、早发组以及晚发组胎盘组织中均有表达，主要表达于滋养层细胞的胞
