1、北京交通大学硕士学位论文深圳市创业型领导行为、创业导向与创业绩效研究姓名：史娟申请学位级别：硕士专业：MBA指导教师：王冬梅201206中文摘要虽然有很多总部在深圳的创业型公司纷纷上市，而且从发展前景来说都发展的不错，但是，深圳的创业型领导研究却很少，我们更多知道的创业型领导几乎无一例外的都在北京上海等一些大城市中，而深圳，只见企业却并没有看到创业型领导的研究。本文对深圳的创业型领导的行为研究做一个分析，不仅是在深圳创业型领导研究领域做一点贡献，也有为研究深圳地区创业型企业及领导行为的理论做出一些借鉴的作用和目的。本文就是在研究前人的理论基础上，找到创业型领导行为与企业导向，企业愿景

2、和企业绩效之间的关系，以深圳创业型企业为例，在深圳地区找到创业型企业领导行为模式的研究，希望可以为深圳创业型企业领导研究理论做一些借鉴性作用。本研究以深圳市创业企业为研究对象，对创业型领导行为与创业导向及创业绩效等问题进行分析研究。在调查问卷的基础上，对每个变量之间的关系及影响机制做了具体而有效的研究分析，加深了对深圳地区创业模式的认识，有一定的理论意义和现实意义。关键词：创业；创业型领导；行为评价；实证研究分类号：F273．2A妇。啦therealoemanyentrepr髓eurialcompaniesheadquarteredinShe斌z,henhavebeenlisted，
