1、中文摘要近年来，创业导向的研究已经逐渐成为公司创业研究领域内的核心概念。随着创业行为研究的不断深入，已经证实了创业导向与组织绩效的正向相关性。对于创业导向的维度构成的相关探讨及其各个维度对企业绩效的影响已经在相关领域成为研究的重点。而从公司创业导向对企业绩效的作用过程中，还受到其他一变量的影响与作用，其中创业胜任力是影响创业导向与企业绩效关系的一个重要的调节变量。当今社会市场日趋的激烈，竞争越来越残酷，传统的企业生存和运作模式已经很难适应现代企业市场竞争发展的需要。为了更好的把握市场机会，创造企业可持续竞争优势，我国的创业企业应该树立以创新性、风险承担性和超前行动性为

2、特征的创业导向，以推动企业绩效的提高。本研究致力于探讨创业导向对企业绩效关系的影响以及创业胜任力对两者关系的调节效应，以此为我国的企业创业实践提供一些现实指导意义。首先，本文对创业导向、创业胜任力和企业绩效的相关理论文献进行了综述，总结创业导向的维度构成，企业绩效的评价指标以及创业胜任力的维度特征。其次，根据三者之间的相互作用关系构建关于创业导向、创业胜任力和企业绩效三者之间的关系模型，并提出假设。最后，在调查问卷分析的基础上，检验创业导向、创业胜任力和企业绩效之间的关系，根据得到的数据，对检验结果进行讨论，进一步明确本文研究在理论上和实践上的意义。关键词：创业导向；
