5、olesitewasinanenvironmentallyandecologicallydamagedcondition.Thecoastalsandduneswereheavilyeroded,thecoastalvegetationwasdecayingandthebeachwasdesertedandlittered.Priorunwisedevelopmenthaddestroyedthecoastalwetlandandleftitfullofdebris・Theintentionofthisprojectistorehabilit
