1、随着现代科学技术的发展，越来越多的公司和企业对职工的考勤都实行了信息化管理，使用计算机系统代替复杂的手工方式来管理考勤事务。考勤管理系统可以有效地管理公司员工的出勤情况，规范人事制度管理，保证公司止常的工作,是人力资源管理的重要组成部分。系统的开发主要包括后台数据库的建立，维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面，主要模块包括基本信息管理模块，考勤信息管理模块，统计查询模块和系统用户管理模块。系统是使用VisualC++开发语言,使用MicrosoftVisualStudio6.0作为工具软件，数据库为SQLServer2000。系统采用目前比较
