2、高校辅导员是高校教师队伍中的一个特殊群体，他们是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是大学生思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者，其队伍建设对高校人才培养至关重要。但目前高校辅导员队伍建设中却存在着一些问题：队伍建设不稳定，专业化水平有待提高；工作职责不明确，职业认同感较低；工作量极其繁重，容易岀现职业倦怠等。因此，结合高等教育大众化、国际化、信息化以及咼校学分制改革这一新形势，高校应该加强辅导员队伍建设。本文在阐释高校辅导员和高校辅导员队伍建设核心概念的慕础上，借鉴国内外研究辅导员队伍案例经验，深
