1、中药保留灌肠【中文摘要】探讨益肾泄浊汤内服与中药保留灌肠、中药足浴综合治疗对慢性肾衰竭脾肾阳虚、瘀浊壅塞型患者的临床疗效。方法：本课题采用自身前后对照的方法，对60例慢性肾衰竭脾肾阳虚、瘀浊壅塞型的患者进行治疗前后的比较。在一般治疗基础上，运用自拟方益肾泄浊汤内服结合中夯保留灌肠、中夯足浴综合治疗。观察时间为2个刀。观察患者治疗前后的总疗效、中医证候积分变化，以及血肌酹、尿素氮等实验室指标的变化。结果：益肾泄浊汤内服结合中药保留灌肠、中药足浴综合治疗慢性肾衰竭脾肾阳虚、瘀浊壅塞型患者的总有效率为76.7%,在治疗过程中患者没有出现明显的不良反应。治疗后患者的血肌
2、酹、尿素氮较治疗前降低(P<0.05),内生肌肝清除率水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05),血红蛋口水平及红细胞计数较治疗前升高(P<0.05)o治疗后患者的血钙、血磷、血钾水平均无明显变化。结论：1益肾泄浊汤内服结合中药保留灌肠、中药足浴综合治疗可以有效的改善慢性肾衰竭脾肾阳虚、瘀浊壅塞型患者的中医症状，降低中医症状积分。2益肾泄浊汤内服结合中药保留灌肠、中药足浴综合治疗可以有效的改善慢性肾衰竭脾肾阳虚、瘀浊壅塞型患者的肾功能，降低其BUN、Scr水平,提高其Ccr水平。并且改善其贫血状态、提高其血红蛋口、红细胞的水平。【英文摘要】：Thesoupofkidney
