1、摘要AbstractPartsandcomponentswithcomplicatedcurvesandsurfacesarewidelyappliedinthefieldofenergy,transportation,nationaldefenseandelectronicproducts,suchaspropellerinfleet,shieldofspacecraft,impellerofaero-engineandtheprecisemodulesofthecars’coveringparts.Thesophisticatedma

2、nufacturingprocesswillenhancethecompetitivenessinthemarket.Thekeytechnologyinthemanufacturingprocessisthegeometricmodelofthecomplicatedcurvesandsurfacesandthetool-pathplans.Non-UniformRationalB-Spline(hereafterNURBS)isadoptedinthemodelingtoattainthesquare/cubiccurvesandth

3、eexpressionofsquare-cubic/cubic-cubicNURBSsurfacematrixes.Basedontheoutput,thesquarecurveofcircle/arcisexpressedinNURNSandthengeometricmodelofcomplicatedsurfaceisestablished.Differentialgeometryparametersofthemodelisthencalculatedandanalyzed.AccordingtothedistributionofGa

4、ussiancurvature,averagecurvatureandmaincurvature,thecomplicatedsurfaceisdividedintodifferentsections.Differenttoolsandcorrespondingplansareselectedforeachsection.Annularmillingcutterusingadvancedconstantscallop-heightmethodinthetool-pathplanningprocessisdescribedinthefoll

5、owingreport.Byanalyzingthecurvatureofthesurfaceandcutteratthecontactpoint,thefeedingsteplengthisattained.Byidentifyingtheintersectionpointoftheeffectivecuttingshapeandtheoffsetlineofthescallopheight,theeffectiveprocessingwidthisattained.Thenthesteplengthandeffectiveproces
