3、eefficiencyoftwisted-pairpitchmeasurementandreduceartificialerrorsintheprocessofpitchmeasurement,thethesisputsforwardapitchmeasurementmethodbasedonimagedetection.Theproposedpitchmeasurementmethodsubstitutesmachinevisionforhumanvision.Itcanovercomethesubject

4、iveerrorofhumanvisioneffectively.AndthewholeprocessofmeasurementcanbecompletedindependentlybyindustrialPC.Itwillimprovetheefficiencyofpitchmeasurementeffectively.Inthethesis,themainachievementsareincludedasfollows:Firstly,thethesisoutlinesthewholeframeworko

5、ftwisted-pairpitchmeasurementsystemandtheeffectofeachmodulesinthesystem.Itexpoundsthepositionoftheparallellightsource,twisted-pairandCCDcamerainthemeasuredcavity.Inthecapturedimages,thedifferencebetweentheforegroundandthebackgroundismoreobviousbythisway.Fro

6、mtheaboveitisgoodforsubsequentimagesegmentation.Secondly,thegraydifferencebetweentheforegroundandthebackgroundisobviousinthecapturedimages.Toutilizethischaracteristic,animprovedtwo-dimensionalOtsualgorithmisproposed.Inthefirstplace,theimprovedalgorithmconst

7、itutesanewtwo-dimensionalhistogrambyanewlocaltemplate.Theimprovedalgorithmcanincludemorethan99.99%ofprobabilitydensitypointsbyusingtwoparallels.Thetwoparallelsareparalleltothemaindiagonal.Theoptimalscopeofnewtwo-dimensionalhistogramisabout30.63%ofthetraditi
