1、摘要摘要房地产设计管理系统是以华润置地有限公司设计管理业务为基础开展系统建设。华润置地是华润集团下属地产业务利润中心，公司已进入中国内地39个城市，正在发展项目超过70个,已逐步形成八大住宅产品线系列：万象高端系列、城市高端系列、郊区高端系列、城市品质系列、城郊品质系列、城市改善系列、郊区改善系列、旅游度假系列；持有物业发展了都市综合体、区域商业中心五彩城两种模式。华润置地为了贯彻全国发展战略，将以产品线标准化复制为重要手段，提升项目开发效率，降低开发成本。本系统在通过对房地产设计管理中产品库应用

2、的仔细研究，按照产品标准化复制的相关思想，并结合先进的信息技术，实现了产品库、项目库、供应商库、专业知识库等模块，提升了标准化产品发布和共享效果，从而支持房地产项目的高效开发。技术方面，系统基于B/S架构，运用了四层体系结构（界面层、流程层、服务层和数据库层）、第三方组件应用、UML建模等相关技术进行构建，基于.NET开发平台和MSSQLServer2005数据库进行开发。本系统界面友好，应用简单，系统稳定，安全性高，通过设计管理系统来提供标准化产品信息发布和查询，使得房地产项目开发的进度明显加快
