1、摘要3.加工了小型化定向耦合器及相应的转换接头,利用矢量网络分析仪测试了低功率下耦合器的特性参数;结合同轴馈电天线及检波组件等器件搭建了小型化的L波段高功率微波辐射场测量系统,在大功率微波辐射场中与传统波导型测量系统进行了比对实验,验证了小型化测量系统的功率容量。实验结果表明,设计所得定向耦合器在1GHz~2GHz范围内端口驻波小于1.2,耦合度约为47dB,带内平坦度约为2dB,方向性大于17dB,其功率容量不小于1.4MW,能够满足L波段高功率微波辐射场测量需要;且该定向耦合器体积为150mm46mm55mm,仅为同频段波导型耦
