1、提要目的：比较夹板外固定、外固定架固定和切开复位T型钛板内固定三种不同治疗方法在Barton骨折治疗中的临床疗效及选择应用。方法：从山东中医药大学附属医院骨科选择2010年6月～2011年12月期间采用夹板外固定、外固定架固定和切开复位T型钛板内固定治疗的Barton骨折病例共35例，从骨折愈合时间、腕关节解剖评估和腕关节功能等方面对三种治疗方法进行比较和分析。结果：A、B、C三组术后1个月腕关节解剖评估优良率分别为41.67%、81.82%、83.33%，术后3个月腕关节功能评估优良率分别为50.00

2、%、90.91%、91.67%。经统计学分析，B、C两组优于A组（P<0.05），B、C两组之间无显著性差异（P>0.05）。结论：外固定架固定和切开复位T型钛板内固定治疗Barton骨折均取得了良好效果；切开复位T型钛板内固定使骨折达到解剖复位并维持稳定固定，降低了腕关节后期并发症的发生，可早期功能锻炼，是临床上治疗Barton骨折较为理想的方法。关键词Barton骨折，固定方法，疗效评价Clinicalanalysisofthreedifferentfixationmethodsforthetrea
