2、为31亿美元，中国成为韩国的第二投资对象国。目前，中国经济发展政策出现了许多新的变化，这将会影响韩国对华直接投资。因此，有必要对相关问题进行研究，使韩国投资者和企业能够采取有力措施，在华投资取得更大的成功，从而推动中韩两国在经济合作与竞争中健康发展。本论文首先介绍了论题的研究背景和目的，然后在阐明对外直接投资的定义、对外直接投资动因的主要理论依据、韩国对华直接投资的动因等基础。从投资规模、投资主体、地区结构、产业结构，投资方式等方面，对韩国企业在华直接投资的主要特点进行了全面的分析。最后从韩中两国角度找出了韩国企业对华投
