2、局多元化和内部调整加速并存。因此对于造船业竞争力的研究显得十分必要。本文通过对韩国造船业竞争力的分析，明确了韩国的造船业竞争力整体状况和具体的影响因素，以期对韩国造船业的发展壮大提供一些有效对策和建议。产业国际竞争力的分析模型主要以波特教授的“钻石”模型为主，各国学者根据本国或者本产业的实际情况做出了相应的改良。本文在前人研究的基础上提出了由生产要素系统、需求要素系统、相关辅助产业系统、船舶企业战略、政府行为系统和机遇等六大要素系统构成的造船业国际竞争力指标体系。文章对韩国造船业国际竞争力从整体和影响因

3、素两方面进行了评价，并通过具体数据进行了分析。总体而言，韩国造船业竞争力较强。其中，科技创新是韩国造船业的优势所在，并且在船舶设计水平、配套率以及管理水平等其他方面也有较大的产业国际竞争力优势。文章最后以评价指标为依据，从五大要素的角度针对性的提出了提升我国造船业国际竞争力的对策和建议。关键词：造船；产业竞争力；评价；对策建议哈尔滨T程大学硕十学位论文ABSTRACTInrelatedtonationaldefensestrategicindustry，Shipbuildingindustry’Srel
