2、hfrequencybandofmillimeterwaveisbecomingthehotspotofattention.ItisnecessaryforustomakegreateffortsonthestudyoftheW-bandfrequencyconversionmodule,forthereasonthatW-bandisanimportantpartofmillimeterwavebandandfrequencyconversionmoduleisthekeypointwirel

3、esstransceiversystem.Inthispaper,up-conversionanddown-conversionmoduleonthefrequencyofW-bandwasbeendeeplyresearched.Havingadetailedanalysisoftheindicators,therealizationschemeoffrequencyconversionmodulealsohadbeenproposed,inwhichwedevelopthedeviceswi

4、ththehelpofW-bandMMICchips.Andthemeasurementandanalysisonthephasecoherentindexofthemodulewasalsofinishedinthepaper.Accordingtothemethodofmodularizedcircuit,theup-conversionmoduleisdividedintothreesmallermodules,thoseareW-bandquadruplerandmixermodule,

5、W-bandfinlinefilterandW-bandamplifiermodule.Onthesameway,thedown-conversionmodulecanbedesignedintotwoparts:oneofthisisW-bandquadrupleranddown-conversionmodule,theotherisfilter,amplifierandthedown-frequencyconversionmoduleonX-bandandI-band.Firstofall,

6、wetestedeveryunitindividually.Onthebasisoftheperformanceofeachdeviceinthetest,theoverallrealizationschemehadbeenmodified.Atlast,theintegrationdesignforallunitswasfinished.Themainfocusinthisprojectwasasfollows:1.Frombothmultiplierandmixerintroducessim

7、pilythebasictheoryofinvertertechnology,citedandanalyzedseveralmajorprogramsfrequencyup-conversionanddown-conversion.2.Wesettledtheneedsofeachdeviceintheselectedpreliminaryschemeandthendeterminethefinaldesignonthegroundoffullunderstandingofeachelement
