2、ormance,lowcostandsoon,occupiesanextremelyimportantroleinthemillimeter-waveswitch,soPINdiodeswich’sresearchworkisveryimportant.Inthisdissertation,underthesonsiderationoftherequirementsoflowinsertionloss,highisolation,basedonthetransfermatrixandunilateralfi

3、nlinetheory,itdiscussthefinlinejunctionstructurewiththerectangularwaveguideequivalentsimulationmethod;basedonmultiplePINdiodecasademethod,itmadeanin-depthstudytoachievetheswitchwithlowinsertionlossandhighisolationperformance,andwesuccessfullydesignedaW-ban

4、dsinglepolesinglethrowandsinglepoledoublethrowsswitchwithfiltermethod.Thetestresultsshowusthatthesinglepolesinglethrowswitch’sinsertionlosslessthan2.5dB,isolationmorethan35dBin90GHz~95GHz;thesinglepoledoublethrowswitchisdesignedwithY-shapedjunctionfinline,

5、withtheinsertionlosslessthan5.5dBandisolationmorethan24dBin90GHz~95GHz;Whilethesinglepoledoublethrowswitchdesignedwiththegradientfinlivejunctionstructureaquiresaninsertionlossofnomorethan3.8dBandanisolationofmorethan33dBin90GHz~95GHz,whichhasanimprovedsign

6、ificantlyperformancecomparedwiththetraditionalY-shapedjunctionfinlineswitch.Inaddition,usingMMICswitchchipandmicrostripprobetransitionstructure,aSPDTswitchsuccessfuldesignedwiththeinsertionlosslowerthan3.5dB,isolationhigherthan35dBin90GHz~95GHz.Aswitchgrou
