2、gisticsindustryrestructuringandrevitalizationplan,mentionedtheprioritydevelopmentheight.Manyscholarsthink,citydistributionshouldbeconsideredasasystemtostudy,andshouldnotbeseenasasimplelogisticsoperation.Theperfectcitydistributionsystemincludesdistributionentities,distrib
3、utionmode,distributioncenteranddistributionrouteetc...Atpresent,Shijiazhuanghasnotformedacompletedistributionsystemandtherearemanyproblems.Forexample,thedistributionagenthasadispersedanddiversifiedsituation;thedistributionenterprisesareonlyfortheirrespectivecamps;theleve
4、lofdistributionsocializationisverylow;themanagementsystemisdisordered.Becauseoftheseproblems,itisdifficulttoachieveeconomiesofscale.Atthesametime,thelowutilizationratioofdistributioncenter,unreasonablelayoutandredundantconstructionresultinhighlogisticscosts.Thereisnotare
5、asonabledistributionrouteoptimization,resultinginhighvehicleloadingrate,heavytrafficcongestionandseriousnoisepollution,whichledtolowefficiencyofdistribution.Inordertoimprovethecitydistributionproblemsin,thispaperwillconstructatwo-stagesystemofcityjointdistributionfromthe
6、angleofthecooperation.Theresearchcontentsincludelayoutofthefirst-stagecenterandthesecond-stagenode,aswellasdistributionrouteselectionbetweenthetwostages.CalculateweightsofdistributioncenterlocationbyAHP,combinedwithfuzzycomprehensiveevaluationmethodtoselectthebestone.Acc
