5、aponinmechanismforthetreatmentofearlyavascularnecrosisoffemoralhead.Results:Comparedtothecellsfromthenormalanimals,theultrastructu-ctureofthemitochondriahadsignificantchangeinthemodelinganimals.Undertheelectronmicroscopy,themitochondriaappearedwithswol
6、len,cavityanddisappearanceofwrinkles,thetotalnumberofmitochondriainthefemoralheadhadbeensignificantlyreduced.Thetypicalapoptoticcanbeconfirmedinthesecells.Afterlocallyadministration,intheexperimentalgroupandthepositivecontrolgroup,thecytoplasmmitochond
7、rialstructurehadbeenrecovered.Theswollenofthemitochondrialhadbeendisappeared,mostmitochondriacanbeclearlyobservedwithintactridgestructure,thematrixofthemitochondriahadbeengettingdarker,andthenumberofthemitochondriainthecellshadbeenbacktonormal.Whilethe
