3、CondylarAngle(PCA)areusedforestablishingfemoralrotationalalignmentduringtotalkneearthroplasty.Theyhavealreadyturnedtobethefocusandmostpopularreseachtopicsinanatomyandthetotalkneearthroplasty.Patellofemoralcomplicationssuchassubluxation,dislocation.patellarclunk,eccentricwearandanter

4、iorkneepainresultedfrompoorpatellartrackinghavebeenreported.Patellofemoralcomplicationsarethemostcommonpostoperativeproblemassociatedwiththecurrentdesignoftotalkneeprosthesesandoneofthemajorreasonsforrevisionsurgery.PrecisionmeasurementofPosteriorCondylarAngle(PCA)Cansupplyreasonabl

5、ereferencedparametersoftherotationalalignmentforthetotalkneearthroplasty.ItmayImprovedurabilityofthekneeprosthesis.ABSTRAcrThemeasurementofPCAincludestraditionalanatomymeasurementonfemursofadultcadaversandtheimagemeasurement.Traditionalanatomyresearchfocusonsectioning,observmionandm
