1、河北大学硕士学位论文河北省构建现代产业体系问题研究姓名：张萌申请学位级别：硕士专业：国民经济学指导教师：董正信2011-05摘要摘要产业体系是国民经济中产业因各种相互关系而构成的整体系统，现代产业体系是产业体系处于相对科学、优化的状态。河北省当前产业体系优化程度低、产业结构重型化、能源依赖性强、整体竞争力较低，构建现代产业体系成为河北省经济建设的主要任务。区域现代产业体系的建立受产业发展基础、要素禀赋等因素影响，所以河北省必须从本地实际条件出发，建立适宜本省实际的合理的现代产业体系。本文首先阐述了现代产业

2、体系的内涵及现实意义，分析了现代产业体系形成必需的要素条件。然后对于河北省当前产业体系的现状和形成原因进行分析，得出了河北省在构建现代产业体系时面临的主要问题。进而通过对国内外国家和地区建立现代产业体系的实践进行总结，得出了河北省构建现代产业体系的主要思路和具体实施措施。本文的主要结论是河北省发展现代产业体系面临的主要问题有产业发展基础薄弱，产业发展要素投入不充分。河北省建立现代产业体系的主要思路是：以发展现代农业为基础，以发展先进制造业和现代服务业为主体，突出高新技术产业先导作用。具体实施措施是：保证充
