1、探讨臭氧联合阴道塞药治疗阴道炎的护理效果分析黑龙江省嫩江县伊拉哈镇中心卫牛院161437【摘要】目的探讨臭氧联合阴道塞药治疗阴道炎的护理方法及其效果。方法对2012年1月・2015年1月间经我院妇科治疗过的180例念珠菌性阴道炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，将其随机地分为对照组与观察组，其中对照组90例，观察组90例，观察组患者采用臭氧进行治疗，R同时给予硝酸咪康卩坐栓阴道塞药治疗，每日1次，7日为一个疗程；对照组仅给予硝酸咪康“坐栓阴道塞药进行治疗，每日1次，7日为一个疗程。两组患者治疗后停药5日再进行复查，对其临床疗效及治疗后患者的生活质量进行对比。结果(1)观察组患者临床治疗

2、的总有效率明显高于对照组，二者有统计学差异(P&t;0.05)；(2)观察组患者痊愈及有效疗程要明显短于对照组，二者有统计学差(P&t;0.05)；(3)根据患者牛存质量评价标准，观察组患者治疗后的牛活质量得分明显高于对照组，二者有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)o结论臭氧联合阴道塞药治疗阴道炎的护理效果明显，疗效显著，能够缩短患者治愈的疗程以及提高患者的生活质量，可以在临床治疗阴道炎中加以推广并应用。【关键词】臭氧治疗；阴道塞药；阴道炎；护理效果[Abstract]ObjectiveToinvestigatethenursingmethodsandeffectsofozon
