2、系进行了梳理，从指导思想、总体思路、具体步骤、指标权重设定等方面浅析如何构建科学、合理的绩效考核指标体系。并以常州检验检疫局单位绩效考核为例，有效整合各种检查考核方式，从基础考核指标、年度重点工作考核指标、加分标准、下调和一票否决标准等方面来设定绩效考核体系的指标，设计出一套适合基层检验检疫机构科学、合理的绩效考核指标体系。并指出了该考核指标体系运行过程中出现的问题，提出了相应的完善对策，以期进一步加强基层检验检疫绩效考核，促进检验检疫事业的发展。关键词：基层检验检疫机构；绩效考核指标体系；构建；完善；作者：罗霄指导教师：芮国强教授TheindexofGrassrootsEntry—-e
