2、问题的基础上，通过选取具有基层公安机关代表性的忻州市公安局进行调查研究，对现实中执行力不足的表现进行列举，揭示了当前基层公安机关执行力存在的问题及其原因。同时，对目前公安机关加强执行力建设的相关做法进行探讨，从执行主体、执行机制、执行环境等方面提出治理策略：提高执行主体的政策认知、加强业务能力建设及增强责任意识；从科学设置职能机构、畅通信息沟通渠道和完善监督制约制度入手强化执行机制建设；在优化执行环境方面，大力提升公安工作决策水平，加大公安战线宣传力度，并积极开展公安文化建设。关键词：公安机关：执行力：忻州市AbstractTheenhanc
