1、首都经济贸易大学硕士学位论文关于扩大消费促进北京经济增长的报告姓名：张秀云申请学位级别：硕士专业：国民经济学指导教师：田新民201102提要投资、消费和净出口是拉动我国经济增长，影响经济周期性波动的“三驾马车”。但净出口在外部环境趋紧、贸易摩擦激增、出口压力变大、以及国内劳动力成本上升等情况下受到制约，而投资和消费与经济增长的联系更加紧密。我国经济的进一步增长与资源、能源稀缺的矛盾加剧，与环境承受能力的矛盾加剧，因此应该将重点转向扩大消费需求上。本文从分析促进北京经济增长因素及其贡献率入手，具体

2、分析了消费需求对经济的拉动作用，消费与收入的关系以及影响消费的因素，提出了促进北京居民消费拉动增长的对策建议：政府规划引导消费、增加居民收入、完善社保制度、规范信贷和税收、培育新的消费热点等刺激消费，希望为北京市政府在促进经济良性增长、提高居民生活水平、改善民生方面提供决策参考。本文采用的研究方法主要有：1、计量分析与定性分析相结合的分析方法。通过北京居民消费需求与经济增长的弹性分析，改革开放以来三大需求对北京市经济增长贡献率的计量与定性的分析，理清了北京居民消费与经济增长的现状及存在的问题；2
