1、论金融支持小微企业发展策略［扌商要］20世纪九十年代中后期，随着我国市场化程度的提高以及国内外贸易环境的变化，小微企业正在我国经济运行中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文首先通过分析小微企业在经济发展过程中的重要作用和小微企业融资难的现状，引出了需要思考的问题；其次进一步分析了我国对小微企业的金融扶持政策及小微企业发展存在的困难和瓶颈；最后提出了建立完善我国小微企业金融扶持的体系，并得出自己的结论。本文认为，影响我国小微企业发展最重要的因素是政府对小微企业的金融扶持政策不够、融资方式单一、贷款满足率不平衡、结构和期限都不合理等。要加强政府对小微企业的金融扶持力度，首先要通过

2、完善政策法规为小微企业建立一个宽松有利的外部环境，为小微企业采取一定的优惠政策，同时通过打通多种融资渠道、建立完善的信用担保体系加强为小微企业的金融服务。另外小微企业自身也要通过建立良好的银企信用关系；建立健全完善财务制度来加强自身建设，以获得更好的融资内部环境。［关键词］小微企业；金融支持；金融政策StudyonFinancialStrategytoSupporttheDevelopmentofSmallandMicroBusinesses[Abstract]Intwentiethcenturyninetyyearslater,withtheimprovemento
