2、University,Xi’an,China摘要道路危险货物运输的需求随着社会经济的快速发展,以及产业结构的不断变化而也日益增加，道路危险货物运输量随之快速增加，越来越多的道路危险货物运输事故的相继发生，事故会带来巨大的人员伤亡、环境破坏，致使生命、财产损失惨重。危险货物运输的安全问题受到了全社会的普遍关注，如何降低事故的发生率，维护广大人民群众的生命财产安全，促进道路货物运输的健康发展，是迫切需要解决的问题。本文针对道路危险货物运输市场准入问题进行了研究。首先对道路危险货物运输市场准入的内涵和特点进行详细分析。通过道路危险货物运输和市场准入的定义，延伸出道路危险货
