1、中文摘要随着网络、计算机的普及，信息数字化的快速发展，数字资源已经成为档案馆保存的主要资源，它在提升档案馆的服务能力的同时，也为档案馆长期保存的技术与能力带来了前所未有的考验。数字资源的海量性和数字资源容易丢失的特点以及人们对数字资源越来越明显的依赖性都表明数字资源的长期保存问题已经成为当前档案馆研究中的重要问题之一。也由于数字资源的特点，使得档案馆在对这些数字资源长期保存的过程中面临着如体系不完善、政策匮乏、缺乏资金的支持、载体的寿命过短、网络安全性、技术过时等问题的影响，本文结合当前档案馆数字资源长期保存的现状找

2、出当前档案馆数字资源长期保存存在的问题，从意识、法律、技术、经济、媒体五个方面分析和归纳了数字资源长期保存的影响因素，再综合国内外数字资源长期保存的各类项目，结合当前数字资源长期保存存在的问题，提出档案馆数字资源长期保存的策略一宏观管理策略、技术策略和选择策略。最后，对哈尔滨理工大学档案馆进行调研，探讨哈理工大学档案馆应如何解决数字资源大规模存储和长期保存的矛盾，并提出一些可行的保存策略。关键词：数字资源；长期保存；档案馆；黑龙江大学硕士学位黻丫lillili2llliill≯eilill2enllle蝉unileu
