1、湖南师范大学硕士学位论文大学毕业生低收入群体住房保障研究－－以郑州市为例姓名：高晓申请学位级别：硕士专业：社会保障指导教师：孙建娥201206摘要随着高校大学生人数的不断增加，越来越多高校毕业生留在城市工作生活。他们大部分出生于农村、中心城镇，毕业后大都居住在的城中村；他们受过良好的高等教育，但却从事收入比较低并且不稳定的工作；他们是未来社会建设的中坚力量，但是目前的居住状况令人堪忧，在我国社会经济转型期，日渐成为一个重大的社会问题。有鉴于此，本文对大学毕业生低收入群体的住房保障现况进行了实地调研，

2、分析了出现这种现状的原因，并借鉴国内外相关经验，提出相应的对策和建议，让更多的低收入大学毕业生能享受到城市的住房保障带来的实惠。本文讨论的内容如下：第一部分引言，提出问题的研究背景、研究意义、国内外的研究现状、解析研究方法和思路。第二部分是大学毕业生低收入群体住房保障研究的理论基础及在文中的应用。第三部分是以郑州市为例，对低收入大学毕业生聚居区进行实地调研，用数据展现了他们的居住状况，然后分析了造成目前这种居住状况的原因。第四部分分别介绍典型国家新加坡、美国、德国低收入群体住房保障的经验及启示。第五
