1、综合性护理干预对于ICU脑岀血患者预防肺部感染的临床观察许敏(泸州医学院附属医院重症医学科四川泸州646000)【摘要】FI的：探讨综合性护理干预对于预防ICU脑出血患者肺部感染的作用效果。方法：选取我院收治的78例ICU脑出血患者，随机分成对照组和干预组，每组39例，分别给予ICU常规护理与综合性护理干预，观察两组患者肺部感染情况、并发症发生情况和住院时间。结果：干预组肺部感染发生率和并发症发生率分别为15.38%和5.13%,均低于对照组的38.46%和17.95%,两组比较，差异具有统计学意义(PV
2、0.05)；干预组患者的住院时间为(19.1±4.9)d,明显短于对照组的(23.8±5.1)d,两组比较,差异显著(PV0.05)。结论:针对临床ICU脑出血患者，在常规护理基础上给予其综合性护理干预，可明显降低患者的肺部感染发生率，减少并发症的发生，缩短住院时间，提高患者的生活质量。【关键词】ICU；脑出血；帅部感染【中图分类号】R473.74【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1007-8231(2015)06-0011-02Clinicalobservationofcompre
