1、红细胞参考消息在尿沉渣分析中的作用刘朝红邹颜矫陈琳袁成良（通讯作者）（四川省德阳市人民医院四川德阳618000）【摘要】目的：探讨红细胞参考消息在UF-lOOOi尿沉渣分析中的作用。方法：对木院16800住院病人尿沉渣分析红细胞结果有异常的1276例标木进行显微镜复检，分析结果的准确性以及红细胞参考消息在UF-lOOOi尿沉渣分析中的作用。结果：隐血结果符合的情况下红细胞参考信息出来的红细胞结果97%是真阳性，确有红细胞存在。红细胞参考消息没出的80%有真菌泡子或结晶等因素影响，红细胞数量确实受到相当大

2、程度的干扰。隐血结果不符合的情况下，红细胞参考信息出了的标木，也有83.3%的真阳性；而红细胞参考信息没出的标木，却73.2%都是假阳性。结论：有红细胞参考消息的尿液分析结果虽然可以很好的反映尿液中红细胞存在的真实性，但是依然不能排除形态比较均一的结晶和真菌泡了等因素的影响，所以显微镜复检依然是尿沉渣检验不可缺少的质量控制。【关键词】尿沉渣；红细胞；SysmexUF—lOOOi【中图分类号】R446【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）12-0166-02Effectofthered
