1、郑州大学硕士学位论文葛根素对小鼠睾丸支持细胞急性损伤的保护作用姓名:王磊申请学位级别:硕士专业:外科学指导教师:王瑞201204摘要葛根素对小鼠睾丸支持细胞急性损伤的保护作用研究生王磊导师王瑞教授郑州大学第一附属医院泌尿外科中国郑卅I450052摘要研究背景及目的:近年来的临床资料证明过量辐射对男性各个系统均有损伤,其中性腺组织对辐射尤为敏感。长期以来,人们一直试图着寻找抗辐射放疗药物。近几年来,对提高男性性腺功能的中草药的药理作用研究越来越深入,尤其是具有抗氧化、增强机体免疫力及造血功能的中草药。但对辐射后机体的保护作用研
2、究甚少。葛根素是我国传统中药野葛块根的主要有效成分,近年来随着对葛根素研究的深入,其在心脑血管疾病的预防和治疗方面已经取得了良好效果。此外,葛根素还具有较强抗氧化、清除自由基等作用。本文旨在研究葛根素对小鼠睾丸支持细胞过量辐射急性损伤的保护作用方法:40只健康雄性脚小鼠随机分为4组,即正常组、模型组及低、高剂量组,每组10只,模型组及低、高剂量组给予60Co-Y8.0Gy下腹部均匀照射517S。造模24h后,低、高剂量组分别给予葛根素230、450mg/(kg·d)灌胃,正常组和模型组给予等量生理盐水灌胃,均每天1次,连续2
