3、andpriceareofgreatsignificancetothedevelopmentoflandmarketregulationpoliciesandthepromotionofhealthyeconomicdevelopment.Basedonthelandpriceindexandmeanchangeindex,thispaperstudiedtheevolutionruleofstandardlandpriceofdif-ferentusesandgradesinLongKouCityduring1995~2016.Researc

4、hresultsshowedthatfrom1995to2016,standardlandpriceforeachusagewasontherise,inwhichforresidentialuse,thestandardlandpriceindexwasthelargest,about255.26%,followedbycommerciallandof196.1%,andindustriallandwasthesmallest,whichwasonly78.42%.Thechangetrendofcommerciallandandreside

5、ntiallandwasconsistent,withthelargeststandardlandpriceindexin2007~2010,whichwas41.79%and48.05%respectively.Between1995and2002,thestandardlandpricein-dexforindustriallandwasthelargest,reaching35.04%.AccordingtothevariationofdifferentlandusesinLongKouCityeachyear,thepaperputfo

6、rwardthefollowingsuggestions:inthefu-tureprocessofcityconstruction,itissuggestedtomaintaintheperfectinfrastructureandcityexpansionprocessspeed,improvethelandusestructure,andoptimizetheallocationoflandre-sources,toachievemaximumbenefitsofland.KeywordsLongKouCity,CentralCity,S
