3、accepted:Jan.23,2018;published:Jan.30,2018AbstractThispaperstudiesthemortarplasticviscosityandthesurfacepropertiesofself-compactingfair-facedconcrete,andthesoftwareImage-ProPlusisusedtoquantificationallyanalyzethesur-faceproperties.Themortarrheologicalpropertie
4、saredescribedbyapplyingBinghamfluid.Theresultsindicatethattheviscositypropertiesofmortarintheself-compactingfair-facedconcreteareinlinewiththerheologicalequationofBinghamfluid,whichshowsthatthemortarplasticviscosityisasignificantfactorforthesurfacepropertiesofs
5、elf-compactingconcrete,butthecor-relationbetweensurfacepropertiesandtheyieldshearstressortheflowvelocityislow.Thein-creaseofwatercontentoraddingairentrainingagent,canreducetheplasticviscosityandshearyieldstress,buttheequalvolumereplacementofriversandwithlightsa
6、ndcanonlyreducetheplasticviscosity,buttheyieldshearstresswillincrease.Withtheincreaseofplasticviscosity,thepercentageofsurfaceporeareasgraduallyincreases,theporesizedistributionbecomeswider,andthenumberofporewiththediametermorethan2mmincreases;furthermore,thedi
