1、提要目的：本研究运用祖国医学和中西医结合理论，从理论和临床研究两个方面系统探讨了类风湿关节炎伴发骨质疏松的病因病机和治疗方法。方法：统计自2010～2011年间门诊类风湿关节炎患者60例。其中治疗组30例，服用清痹固本汤加减；对照组30例服用维D钙和阿法迪三。均治疗观察12个月，除对相关疗效进行统计分析外，还观察了药物安全性及不良反应情况。结果：经临床观察，临床总有效率：治疗组为96.67%，对照组为76.67%，治疗组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；在改善临床症状、体征、实验室指标等方面均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：类风湿关节炎伴发骨质疏松的基本病机为肝肾亏损为本，湿、
