2、terwith0.2umresolution.校准标准:分度值为0.2μm的千分表检定器.3.2Calibrationenvironment:Roomtemperature20+4/-2℃,Relativehumidity<65%.校准环境:室温20+4/-2℃,相对湿度<65%.3.3Calibrationperiod校准周期Sixmonths.(180days)6个月(180天)3.4Calibrationmethods校准方法:3.4.1Visualinspection:Visualcheckthedialindicator,thebezelshall
3、beclearwithscalemarking,Theprobeshallnotbewearoff,rusting,chipoffandscratches,otherwise,thedialindicatorneedtoberepaired.外观检查:目力观察表盘清晰,没有影响读数缺陷,其测头不应有严重的磨损,锈迹,崩缺和明显的划痕,否则修理.3.4.2Usageofeachpart各部分作用3.4.2.1Theindicatorbezelmatchedit’sbodythatshouldnothaveapparentlooseness,Thebezelro
4、tationshouldbestableandreliable.表圈和表体的配合无明显的松动现象,表圈转动应平稳,静止可靠.3.4.2.2Trembleofthespindleandrotationofthelonghandshouldbestableandflexiblewhenshakethespindleandthepointershouldnotbeloosenandfallwhenshakethespindlequickly.拨动测杆时,测杆的摆动及指针的回转应平稳灵活,不得有跳动,卡住和阻滞现象,快迅拨动时指针不应有松动和脱落.3.4.2.3Th
5、efixinghandleandthedirectionexchangershouldbeusedconvenientlyandreliably.夹持柄,换向器等的作用均应方便可靠.3.4.3Fixation:Fixthetestindicatoronaspecialrackreliably.装夹:将杠杆表可靠地安装在专用的支架上.3.4.4Calibrationofthevariationofindication示值变动性校准.Setthespindleaxistoparallelthegroovingtablesurface.Thensetthemeas
