2、)的校准操作。3.0OperationProcedure操作程序3.1Calibrationstandard:CalibrationTesterwith0.2umresolution、heightmasterorgaugeblock・校准标准:分度值为0.2pm的千分表检定仪、步距规或标准量块。3.2Calibrationenvironment:Roomtemperature20士2°C,Relativehumidity<65%・校准环境:室温20±2°C湘对湿度v65%。3.3Calibrationperi

3、od:180days.校准周期：180天。3.4Calibrationmethod校准方法：3.4.1Visualinspection夕卜观检查:Visualcheckthedialindicator,thebezelshouldbeclearwithscalemarking,Theprobeshouldnotbewearoff、Rusting,chipoffandscratches,otherwise,theindicatorneedtoberepaired・目力观察表盘清晰，没有影响读数缺陷，其测头不应有

4、严重的磨损，锈迹，崩缺和明显的划痕，否则修理。3.4.2Usageofeachpart各部分相互作用3.4.2.1TheindicatorbezelmatchediTsbodythatshouldnothaveappearancelooseness,Thebezelrotationshouldbestableandreliable.表盘和表体的配合无明显的松动现象，表圈转动应平稳，静止可靠。3A.2.2Trembleofthespindleandrotationofthepointershouldbestab
