1、广西大学硕士学位论文奶牛酮病与分娩前后能量代谢、生产性能和繁殖性能的关系研究姓名:韩建滨申请学位级别:硕士专业:临床兽医学指导教师:何宝祥201206奶牛酮病与分娩前后能量代谢、生产性能和繁殖性能的关系研究摘要本研究的目的是为了揭示奶牛酮病与机体能量代谢、生产性能的关系及对繁殖性能的影响,从而为奶牛场预防和治疗奶牛酮病、肝功能异常等营养代谢疾病,提高奶牛健康水平提供理论依据。本试验选取年龄、胎次和体况相近的怀孕后期荷斯坦奶牛31头,根据血浆酮体含量及有无临床症状分为试验组(KET含量>6mg/dl,n=14)和对照组(KET含
2、量<6mg/dl,n=17),分别于产前l周(.1)、分娩当天(O)和产后第1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8周测定2组奶牛各血浆能量代谢指标和肝功能指标含量,记录产奶量(MY)、体重(BW)和体况分(BCS),计算产奶量增速(撇),同时记录两组奶牛产后繁殖性能数据(空怀天数、发情率、产后第一次配种时间、配种间隔天数、配种指数、情期受胎率、平均产犊间隔等)。结果表明:血浆KET含量大于6mg/dl的奶牛为14头,占3l头试验奶牛的45%;奶牛酮病在产后1周已经发生,在产后1~5周为易发期;在产后2周时,酮病奶牛血浆AST活性显著高
