2、速适应市场能力和企业的利润有着一定的理论和现实意义。本文主要以合同的准时交货、最小化组炉余材率、最大化热送热装比和工序能力均衡等为目标，研究并分析了钢铁企业一体化生产计划系统的优化模型。提出并设计了基于MTO(MaketoOrder)模式的一体化系统优化模型，根据订单与库存的匹配，设备的负荷等约束建立了库存匹配优化模型和生产能力优化模型。运用局部优化方法，从五个部分采用多系统协作方式完成一体化生产计划的编制，保证了各工序上物流的高效运转及有效衔接，最大化产能的同时充分提高热装热送率，指导实际生产的优化运行。关键词：钢铁企业MTO模式一体化生产计划系统生产系统优化A
