1、湖北中医药大学硕士学位论文加味温胆汤治疗脑梗死恢复期（痰瘀阻络型中风）54例临床观察姓名：辛文佳申请学位级别：硕士专业：中西医结合临床指导教师：刘玲20120515中文摘要目的：观察加味温胆汤治疗脑梗死恢复期(痰瘀阻络型中风)的临床疗效，探讨其在脑梗死恢复期治疗中的价值和意义，为其治疗脑梗死恢复期的临床应用提供科学依据。方法：将住院患者中符合纳入标准的54例患者随机分为2组，治疗组28例采用西医基础治疗和加味温胆汤口服，每次200ml，每日早晚2次；对照组26例采用西医基础治疗和血塞通滴丸口服，每次10丸，一日3次，疗程均4周，进行比较研究。两组患者在性别、年龄、病程、基础疾病以及血液流变学

2、等方面比较均无显著性差异(P>0．05)，具有可比性。根据中风病证候积分、神经功能缺损量表判定中医证候疗效及临床疗效，并对神经功能缺损积分、血脂等指标情况运用统计学原理进行分析，得出两组结果是否有差异性。结果：1．总疗效比较：中医证候疗效比较，两组比较有统计学意义(P
