1、提要目的：观察加味乌梅汤治疗寒热错杂型功能性腹泻的临床疗效，并进一步探讨其治疗功能性腹泻的作用机理。方法：临床选择符合纳入标准的功能性腹泻患者60例，随机分为治疗组（30例）和对照组（30例），治疗组予以自拟加味乌梅汤加减治疗，对照组予以固肠止泻丸，两周一疗程，治疗两疗程。治疗结束后进行临床症状、中医证候等疗效性观察。结果：临床研究显示，在临床症状疗效方面，治疗组在消除或改善粪便性质、减轻排便频次，改善全身症状上，疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组在中医证候疗效方面，治疗组治愈15例，显效10例，有效3例，痊愈+显效率为83.33%，总有效率为93.33%；对照组临床痊愈9例

2、，显效8例，有效4例，痊愈+显效率为56.67%，总有效率为70.00%；治疗组显著优于对照组（痊愈+显效率及总有效率皆P<0.05）；治疗组在中医症状总积分改善方面，疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗组疗程结束时，血、尿、大便常规及心、肝、肾功能等检测均未发生不良反应。结论:加味乌梅汤是治疗寒热错杂型功能性腹泻的有效方药，其机理可能与调节胃肠运动及胃肠激素的水平，抗炎、调节免疫功能，修复肠道微生态平衡等有关。关键词功能性腹泻；寒热错杂；加味乌梅汤；临床研究ClinicalStudyofJiaWeiWuMeiTanginTreatingFunctionalDiarrheawit
