1、超声触诊组织定量技术联合灰度值对桥本甲状腺炎的诊断价值摘要目的探讨超声触诊组织定量技术联合灰度值在诊断桥本甲状腺炎中的应用价值。方法检测150例桥本甲状腺炎患者和100例健康志愿者甲状腺的弹性模量值，即剪切波速度(ShearwavevelocitY，SWV)，并检测桥本甲状腺炎患者的相对灰度值，比较两组甲状腺剪切波速度值有无差异，并分析桥本甲状腺炎患者剪切波速度与相对灰度之间的相关性。结果正常对照组甲状腺左叶剪切波速度值为(1．79±0．92)m／s，右叶剪切波速度值为(1．81±O．76)m／s；桥本甲状腺炎患者甲状腺左叶剪切波速度值为(3．64±

2、0．72)m／s，右叶剪切波速度值为(3．65±0．56)m／s，甲状腺相对灰度均值为0．48±0．12，95％可信区间为0．46—0．51。两组甲状腺左、右叶SWV值差异均无统计学意义(t分别为0．648、0．393，P均>0．05)。与对照组相比，患病组甲状腺组织剪切波速度明显升高，差异有显著统计学意义(左叶产49．1l，右叶乒49．90，P均<0．01)，且患病组甲状腺左、右叶剪切波速度与其灰度值分别呈显著线性负相关(左叶F一0．814，仄0．01；右叶严一0．816，仄0．01)。结论超声触诊定量技术联合狄度值进一步提高了桥本甲状腺炎的诊断。
