4、动症状明显、发作频繁而到儿童神经科门诊就诊的患者明显增多。在诊疗过程中,抽动障碍患者的临床表现往往存在单一、重复的特点,需与癫痫性抽搐鉴别。视频脑电图检查在此显得非常重要。现将对588例抽动障碍患者的视频脑电图作一分析探讨。目的:了解抽动障碍的视频脑电图改变。方法:对588例抽动障碍患者进行视频脑电图检查并分析其波形特征。结果:该组抽动障碍患者视频脑电图中,正常范围脑电图占97.79%,异常脑电图占2.21%。结论:抽动障碍患者的视频脑电图异常率并不高,而其中明确与癫痫相关的癫痫样的放电更是少数。抽动障碍与癫痫的鉴别必须通过临床表现与视频脑电图综合判断。关键词:抽动障碍,视频脑电图1广州医学院
