1、南昌大学硕士学位论文布比卡因对大鼠炎性疼痛模型中脊髓胶质细胞的影响姓名:肖凡申请学位级别:硕士专业:麻醉学指导教师:罗振中201205摘要目的:研究布比卡因对福尔马林炎性疼痛模型中脊髓胶质细胞及炎性因子的影响。方法:成年雄性SD大鼠,体重200.220克,取大鼠72只,随机分为4组,假手术组:右足底掌部皮下注射0.1mL生理盐水;炎性痛组:右足底掌部皮下注射2.5%福尔马林试剂0.1mL,建立福尔马林炎性痛模型:布比卡因组:经蛛网膜下腔注射o.125%布比卡因409L后同炎性痛组建立炎性疼痛模型;生理盐水组:经蛛网膜下腔注射409L生理盐水后同炎性痛组建立
