1、温州医学院硕士学位论文川芎对兔蛛网膜下腔出血早期脑损伤的保护作用姓名:赵建廷申请学位级别:硕士专业:外科学指导教师:谭显西2012-05温州医学院硕士学位论文川芎对免蛛网膜下腔出血早期脑损伤的保护作用摘要目的:兔蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)模型成功后,采用静脉滴注川芎嗪治疗,通过观察血浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(N0)浓度的变化情况、神经功能受损情况及影像学结果,了解川芎嗪对SAH后早期脑损伤(EBI)的保护作用并探讨其可能作用机制。方法:将30只日本大耳白兔随机分为实验组和对照组。采用枕大池一次注血法建立兔SA
2、H模型。实验组经耳缘静脉滴注盐酸川芎嗪注射液20mg/(kg·d),对照组仅给予等量生理盐水。注血前及注血后48h和72h从大耳兔耳缘静脉采血3ml左右,用放射免疫法检测血浆中SOD、MDA及N0浓度,并对大耳兔进行神经功能评分及行CT灌注成像(CTP)检查。结果:两组大耳兔注血后,对照组48h幂172h血浆中的SOD、NO、MDA的浓度分别为142.41±3.04和140.17±2.67、76.36±1.82和74.75±2.03、5.64±0.97116.15±1.16;而实验组48h年172h血浆中的SOD、NO、MDA的浓度分别为
