2、整理、分析。结果RPAl、RPA2表达于肝细胞肝癌组织以及癌旁正常肝组织的细胞核：肝细胞肝癌组织中RPAl、RPA2表达水平均高于配对的癌旁正常肝组织(P<0．05)。肝细胞肝癌组织中RPAl、RPA2表达水平与肝细胞肝癌患者的年龄、性别、乙肝感染、有无淋巴结转移以及TNM分期无关。肝细胞肝癌组织中RPAl、RPA2表达水平与肝细胞肝癌患者的肿瘤T分期、病理分级相关。结论肝细胞肝癌组织中RPAl、RPA2表达水平均高于配对的癌旁正常肝组织；肝细胞肝癌组织中的RPAl、RPA2高表达与其肿瘤T分期
