1、摘要基础建设，企业流程结果有两个重要部分作业效率及作业弹性。第四章，针对提出的研究假设，对国内ERP企业的中高级管理人员或信息管理部门的人员发放947份问卷，最后回收196份。研究结果发现企业实施信息系统会在作业效率、资料错误率、降低作业成本及库存等的作业上的提升及改善状况，同时ERP系统提供的业务流程弹性及公司运作的灵活度。实施ERP往往需要丰富的系统与流程知识，ERP软件功能需要符合公司需求才能呈现实施ERP所带来的效益，同时企业实施ERP系统需有良好IT基础建设为基石。研究结果还发现企业流程结果的作业效率和作业弹性是显著影响组织绩效的重
