1、AbstractLifecycleassessment(LCA)isanewmethodinenvironmentalimpactassessmentandtheenvironmentalmanagementtoolforenterprisestoimplementgreenproduction.Itpromotetheenvironmentcoordinationofappropriateproductsorprocessesthroughmakingthefulllifecycleenvironme
2、ntalimpactanalysisfortheproductionsystem,orevaluatingtheenvironmentalloadforthedifferentproductionprocesses.Itrelatedtotheproducteco-design,greenlabelforproducts,productionprocessinnovation,andenvironmentalfactorsinvolvedinthecorrespondinggovernmentlevel
3、environmentalmanagementpolicydevelopment,etc,wouldhelpenterpriseschoosetheoptimumenvironmentinproductdevelopmentandtechnologicalinnovation,providedtheoreticalsupportforenvironmentalpolicy,andsupportservicesforenvironmentalmanagementfromawholeperspective.
4、Basedontheactualsituationofproductionoftungsten,andtheprinciplesoflifecycleassessmentandtechnicalframework,thispaperusedthestrategywhichcombinedsurveyandmodelanalysis,broughttheindustrialproductionoftungstenminingandsmeltingintolifecycleassessmentsystem,
5、andthenmadeevaluationandanalysisforenvironmentalloadandresourceconsumption.ItusedtheproductionofAPTastheresearchobject,andselectedtheAPTproductiontomakeupitslifecycleevaluationprocess.Thespecificscopeofthestudyinaccordancewiththemining,mineralprocessing,
6、smelting,andthenmadetheevaluationandanalysisofthethreephases.ThroughtheanalysisofevaluationonEDIPmodel,drawingonitsevaluationonthebasisoftheprincipleestablishedfortheevaluationofthissystem,inaccordancewiththe"threesteps"oftheevaluationstepstoAPTproductio
7、ninputandoutputcharacteristicsofthedatainturn,standardizationandweightedprocessing,andultimatelycometothestudyofenvironmentalloadindexandresourcedepletionindex.APTproductionthroughallstagesofthequantificationandevaluationofthepotentialenvironmentalimpact
8、,wedrawthefollowingconclusions:(1)Environmentalloadindexmainlyshowedintheacidificationandeutrophicationfromtheviewofthetypeofenvironmentimpact.Inwhich,acidificationcontributed57.29%oftotalwhileeutrophicationcontributed25.6
