1、第四军医大学硕士学位论文哮喘小鼠的哮喘症状,降低外周血中IL-4、IL-5、IL-13水平(P<0.05)、升高IFN-γ水平(P<0.05),并能降低BALF中白细胞总数及嗜酸粒细胞水平,且F组差异最为显著。结果表明射干麻黄药对可以显著减轻哮喘小鼠气道炎症,抑制炎症介质的释放,纠正Th1/Th2失衡,从而达到治疗哮喘的作用,且以F组比例配伍效果最为显著。本课题探讨了麻黄与射干配伍对大鼠体内射干异黄酮类成分药代动力学的影响。12只SD大鼠随机分成2组后分别灌胃给予射干浸膏及射干麻黄配伍浸膏后,采集
2、不同时间点的血浆样品。建立UHPLC-MS/MS方法测定血浆中射干异黄酮类成分射干苷元、野鸢尾黄素及次野鸢尾黄素的浓度,并计算药代动力学参数。结果给予射干浸膏和射干麻黄浸膏的t1/2分别为射干苷元3.06h、3.82h,野鸢尾黄素3.62h、3.78h,次野鸢尾黄素3.64h、3.93h;Cmax分别为射干苷元132.66μg/L、156.34μg/L,野鸢尾黄素288.38μg/L、250.8μg/L,次野鸢尾黄素165.13μg/L、144.41μg/L;AUC(0-t)分别为射干苷元1149
