7、,CH)进行根尖诱导成形术【¨。根尖诱导成形术的疗程和效果,不仅取决于牙髓或根尖周病变的程度,还取决于牙根发育状态和患儿的健康状况,其治疗过程较为繁琐,疗程较长。由于治疗前的牙根发育状态和炎症程度不一,诱导后并不是每个病例都能形成正常的牙根形态,有的仅是喇叭口形态的缩小或根尖钙化屏障的形成,而根管壁不再有牙本质硬组织的沉积,因此不能形成正常牙根的长度和足够厚的根管壁,较容易发生牙根折裂【3】。由于根尖诱导成形术存在诸多弊端,学者们一直在探索着新的治疗方法。有学者发现,
