1、试样的力学性能的对比分析,发现Nb确实能够有效的细化09CuPTIRE钢的晶粒,并有效的提高其拉伸强度性能同时并不降低其韧性。钢中加入微量的Nb能有助于实现变形诱导铁索体相变,Nb元素通过阻止奥氏体再结晶使车LaIJ变形能可保留于奥氏体中,通过变形能的积累使奥氏体体系自由能升高,并且改善其形变诱导铁素体相变的热力学和动力学条件,实现形变诱导铁素体相变(DIFT)。D1FT工艺可以提高钢的强度,而且并不损害钢的延伸率,试验结果显示:对于09CuPTiRE钢的屈服强度,细化后平均达到了464MPa,而抗拉强度则达到了平均57
